We also collect basic usage data such as pages viewed and search activity to improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to operate the directory, display broker profiles and listings, route inquiries between searchers and brokers, verify broker credentials, and improve and secure the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
Public broker profiles and active listings are visible to anyone using the directory. When you submit an inquiry to a broker, your contact details and message are shared with that broker so they can respond. We may share data with service providers (for example hosting, email, and analytics) who process it on our behalf.
Your choices
You can review and update your profile information at any time from your dashboard, or request deletion of your account by contacting us. You may opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
Data retention & security
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
